How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the product type:

  • Local Stock: 1โ€“3 business days
  • Supplier Stock: 3โ€“7 business days
  • Imported Stock (if applicable): 7โ€“14 business days

Yes. Collections are available from selected Buzz Home depots.
You will receive a message when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Instant EFT
  • Payfast / PayGate (depending on gateway selected)
  • Manual EFT (for approved orders)

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Most products come with a standard supplier warranty, and certain items include extended protection.

Yes, bulk pricing is available for businesses, moving companies, and corporate clients.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before shipment.
